Prior to his work at Team was a sales manager at Clal Group’s M.M. Information Systems Company. |

Uri Arad
CEO, Malam Systems Ltd
Holds a B.Sc. degree in Industry & Management Engineering from the Technion and an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Information Systems from the Tel Aviv University.
During the past 9 years was a member of Comverse's senior management. In his last capacity served as head of the VAS (Value Added Services) Division.
Among his previously held posts served as CEO & President of the Teleknowledge Company, Deputy CEO of Systems & Computers at Bezeq, and the commanding officer of the Information & Communications Unit at the Air Force. |

Ilan Toker
CFO
A graduate of the Tel Aviv University, holds a BA in Accounting and Economics, an MBA from the Tel Aviv University, and a CPA.
Since 1997 serves as vice CFO at Arad Investment and Industry Development and at Isras Investment Company Ltd. Since 2006 also serves as vice CFO in the group. Previously and at present is a Director in public companies trading on the stock exchange in Israel and USA. |

Zvi Brunner
CTO
Holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the CUNY Brooklyn College, and an MBA in Information Systems Management from NYU’s business administration school.
Zvi Brunner served in the USA in various senior capacities at several international companies, amongst them: The Mocatta Corp., Bradford National Corp., American Health Corp., and Data General Corp.
Mr. Brunner joined the Team Company 20 years ago as a technological expert of international renown, and led the company’s technological vision. In the framework of his capacities was in charge of examining and choosing new technologies, and promoting new fields in the company. He was in charge of contacts with developers and manufacturers around the world, and contacts with business associates in Israel and abroad. Mr. Brunner led the technical support teams of the company and shaped the company’s marketing vision. |

Kobi Cytter
VP Human Resources
Mr. Cytter is a BA graduate in Social Sciences from Haifa University. He previously managed a company for organizational consulting and business development, served as VP Human Resources and Organization at Elsint and Netvision and served on the board of directors in different companies in Israel and abroad. Mr. Cytter is also an active member of the Israeli Association of Human Resource Managers administration. |
